Simply Grilled Chicken


For the chicken:

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, 4 to 6 oz. each
1 tablespoon olive oil
salt and pepper


For the chicken:
1. Preheat the grill to medium-high.
2. Sprinkle the chicken with salt and pepper and drizzle with olive oil.
3. Place the chicken on the grill and cook until the juices run clear, about 6 to 8 minutes per side.
4. Place the chicken on a serving platter and let it rest for 3 minutes before serving.
This is a light skinless chicken breasts that is delicious...
